EnerGo Charging Network ("EnerGo," "we," "our," or "us"), headquartered at 1 Amiryan Street, Yerevan, Armenia, operates the EnerGo electric vehicle charging network and the associated EnerGo mobile application (the "App") and website (the "Site").

Full bank card details are not stored in EnerGo's application database. Payment card data is handled directly by our payment processing provider.

- Push notification tokens used to deliver service-related communications
Location Data
The App may request access to your device's location solely to display nearby charging stations on the map, support station discovery, and assist with navigation to charging locations.
Location data is used in real time for these purposes only and is not retained as stored personal history in our systems.
Information We Do Not Collect
- Vehicle identification or vehicle-specific information is not collected at this stage.
- Content of support messages or chat communications is not collected or stored through in-app messaging.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Service provision: To operate the EnerGo charging network, process charging sessions, and manage your account.
- Authentication: To verify your identity when you sign in and maintain secure access to your account.
- Billing and payments: To process payments for charging sessions and maintain transaction records.
- Service communications: To send you notifications related to charging sessions, account activity, and service updates. These communications are operational in nature and are not marketing messages.
- Platform reliability: To monitor, maintain, and improve the technical reliability and performance of the App and charging infrastructure.
- Legal compliance: To comply with applicable legal obligations, regulatory requirements, or lawful requests from competent authorities.
We do not use your personal information for targeted advertising, profiling, or the sale of data to third parties.
4. Authentication and Platform Services
EnerGo uses Firebase (a platform operated by Google LLC) to power core backend services, including user authentication, data storage, and application infrastructure.
We support sign-in via Google Sign-In, which is provided by Google LLC. When you choose to sign in using your Google account, Google shares certain profile information (such as your name and email address) with us in accordance with Google's own privacy policies.
Apple Sign-In is not offered at this stage.
By using these sign-in methods, you also acknowledge the privacy practices of the respective platform providers. We encourage you to review the Google Privacy Policy and Firebase terms for a full understanding of how your data is handled at the platform level.
5. Payments
Payment processing for charging sessions is handled through a third-party payment provider. EnerGo does not directly store, process, or transmit full bank card numbers or sensitive card authentication data.
Our systems retain only tokenized or hashed payment identifiers as necessary for transaction reference, dispute resolution, and legal record-keeping purposes.
The identity of our payment processing provider is not publicly specified at this time. Any such provider is contractually bound to handle payment data in accordance with applicable security standards and data protection requirements.
6. Data Sharing
EnerGo does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: We share data with third-party providers who assist us in operating our services, such as Firebase (infrastructure and authentication), payment processors, and technical support vendors. These providers are authorised to use your data only to perform services on our behalf.
